Pop Actuator - Front Door - LH (Remove and Replace)

Removal

  1. Remove the LH front door closeout panel (refer to procedure).
  2. Disconnect the harness from the pop actuator.
  3. Release the screws (x2) that secure the pop actuator (torque 10 Nm).

  4. Maneuver the pop actuator through the opening in the door shell. Remove the pop actuator from the vehicle.

Installation

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.
