Trim - Liftgate Trough - LH (Remove and Replace)

Removal

  1. Open the liftgate.
  2. While noting the number of turns, remove the liftgate stop.
  3. Use a trim tool to release the LH liftgate trough trim.
    Note: Components have been removed in this graphic to aid clarity.
  4. Remove the LH liftgate trough trim from the vehicle.
    Note: The liftgate trough trim cannot be reused. Discard the liftgate trough trim.

Installation

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal, except for the following:

  1. Ensure that the liftgate trough trim is fully seated.
  2. Install the liftgate stop using the number of turns noted during removal.
  3. Ensure that the liftgate is aligned correctly.
