Mount - Motor - Side (Remove and Replace)

Removal

  1. Remove drive unit assembly:
  2. Using suitable lifting equipment, support the drive unit.
    Warning: To avoid personal injury, use appropriate equipment when performing this operation.
  3. Remove the bolt that secures the mount to the subframe (torque 90 Nm).
  4. Maneuver the mount from the subframe bracket and remove it.

Installation

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal, except for the following:

Caution: Replace all Patchbolt(s).
  1. Maneuver the mount into position. Install the bolt that secures the mount to the subframe, but do not torque at this time.
  2. Install the bolts (x3) that secure the mount to the drive unit (torque 22 Nm).
