Installation procedure is the reverse of removal, except
for the following:
Caution: Tighten the lug nuts evenly using a diagonal
sequence.
Caution: An impact wrench or electric wrench can be used only during the
initial threading of the lug nuts. Use a torque wrench to fully tighten the lug
nuts.
Caution: Use a 6 point
socket to tighten tall lug nuts. Do not use a 12 point socket or a speciality
socket on tall lug nuts.
Note: If wheels of a different diameter are installed, use Toolbox to change the
vehicle configuration.
If the TPMS sensors are not reinstalled in the same locations (for example,
when rotating the tires), perform the TPMS sensor ID learn procedure (refer to procedure).
